Red and white bead necklace

Hello here is another bead necklace idea which is beginner friendly, incase you are wondering how i know its beginner friendly ?well this is my first time making it.

I made it as i wrote the article and it took less than an hour so shall we?Here are some of the materials we shall use

  • A pair of scissor
  • Maasai beads
  • Medium size beads red and white
  • Nylon thread
  • A necklace hook

Step 1 of our bead necklace idea

Put 3 maasai beads in a thread like the photo below

Random maasai colour beads can do the trick

Three beads in a thread

Then the thread should be put in the last bead like the photo below

Thread beads form a cluster

The shape below will be formed

Step 1 of our bead necklace

Step 2

We are now going to form two clusters then add one medium size red beads

Step 1 of our bead necklace

Then repeat step 1(two clusters of maasai beads)then step 2 (add red or white medium size beads)until you have the necklace below

The necklace

Take another thread run it through the hook to the 6 beads and upon reaching the 6th bead split the thread and  form a cluster using maasai beads like we did before.

Add a red bead then form another cluster then add another white bead.

After adding 2 medium beads form a series of maasai beads cluster then add two medium size beads like the photo below

Completion of the bead necklace idea

Run the thread through the 6 beads up to the hook then tighten the thread around the necklace hook to form a zigzag shape that you see on the necklace

The bead necklace
