Set realistic goals

A day has 24 hours set goals that can be accomplished within those hours for example do not plan to read a 500 page book in a day, unless you are skimming through it, it is impossible.

Ensure your goals are things that you are passionate about

Being passionate about something involves having an idea that burns inside you so much until you execute it.

Do not set goals to copy others, just because your best friend works out every morning to loose weight it does not mean you should do it.

If you copy them and you aren’t passionate about it, trust me you might even do that for only1or2 weeks and eventually give up.Do not give into the pressure of doing things because others are doing them.

Friends that you have influence who you are ,if your 2 friends always procrastinate,believe me you will be the third procrastinator.

The same applies to gossipers if all your friends spend time gossiping soon you will be a professional gossiper just like them and we all know the only reward that gossip gets us at the end of the day is a sore mouth and postponing of our daily activities.

Align yourself with friends who have similar goals and you are all willing to support each other achieve your daily goals.

Motivation

Surround yourself with things or people that motivate you to achieve your goals for example watching, listening to movies and songs that are aligned with what you want to achieve.

Meditate or do yoga to ground yourself you can also use social media to check out the people that you want to be succesful like, get to know what they do or don’t do.Without motivation its like trying to drive a car without fuel.

Everything that functions in this world requires rest inorder to regain energy or cool off, as much as you want to achieve your daily goals you need rest and that should be included in your daily schedule.

To the people who feel guilty for taking breaks here is somethIng i want you to think about,you are definitely using your body to try and achieve all those goals but if you over work yourself you’ll end up getting sick, that will be a huge setback because you will have to pause your goals for a longer time.

Not allowing people to talk you out of it

I always say this, if criticism does not come from a place of love you have no business listening to it ,and how do you know it is coming from a place of love?your intuition hun, yeap you can know who is genuine or not.

Some people will honestly project their insecurities and fear onto you and others are just jealous, for example a friend telling you,you can’t prepare your kids to school on time and still make it to your gym work outs and therefore you should drop the gym work out,if i had such a friend i would probably think he/she’s jealous that i’m gonna get fit and level up while he/she gets left behind.

The friend might also be insecure i will be spending time in the the gym without him/her hence i meet new friends and replace them. In life there will always be people who just want you to stay in that stagnant position with them and they are not the right people to tell about your goals.

Social media can be addictive, there is need to ratio the time you will be spending on social media or even what’s better uninstall the app whenever you are busy and install it when its your resting days/time, just to catch up with what’s going on (working hard to achieve your goals does not mean denying yourself the pleasures of life).
